Keep   us   healthy   and   happy

　　重要性 有健康才有快樂，有健康才能做許多事

　　如何做 常運(yùn)動(dòng)，運(yùn)動(dòng)也不能太過分，要多吃水果蔬菜。

　　個(gè)人評述

　　It’s  important   for  us  to  keep  healthy.  Only  we  are  healthy  then  we  can  have  chance  to  be  happy and do  many  things.  We  should  spend  some  time  taking  exercises,  but  too  much  sports  may  make  us  tired.  Another  way  of  keeping  healthy  is  eating  more  fruit  and  vegetables.  I  have  practiced  swimming  for  a  few  years,  I  am  happy  because  I  am  healthy.
